Warm Toast or Crusty Bread
All our Pâtés are hand made using local ingredients and the verrine jars are processed in an Autoclave which destroys all harmful bacteria. As the Pâtés jars cool, they automatically seal themselves.
All our Pâtés jars have an ambient temperature shelf life of one year.
In some Pâtés we add alcohol but we only add enough to add a layer to the taste, so if you want a big alcohol taste, these are not for you.

Our best selling Pâtés made with free range highland pork cooked very slowly on the stove, comparable to a confit method. With Garlic, Rosemary, Salt and Black Pepper. No liver, no milk, no eggs, just free range pork.

A Pâté made with Scottish Pheasant and free range highland pork cooked on the stove with Garlic and thyme, Salt and Black Pepper. No liver, no milk, no eggs, just Pheasant and free range pork.
This is a coarse pâté with a Pleasant Pheasant Tastant!.

A true Country Pâté of Wild Highland Venison, Venison Liver, Pork backfat, Cream, eggs, Onions, Rowan Berries and an Islay Whisky, at the moment we are using a 10 year old Laphroaig Whisky to give a slight smoky taste. Try it on lightly toasted brioche!
